After the first connection, do I still need to activate the connection tool for the second and subsequent times I use HH cross Wi-Fi?

No need to log in.
If you are logged in, you can use the Wi-Fi service simply by moving to a service area without launching the connection tool.

Note:If you wish to turn off the automatic connection to the Wi-Fi, please go to the Wi-Fi settings screen on your device.
